Central Dental Associates in Cicero, Illinois, wants to help you and your family get the dental treatment you need. For that reason, we accept patients with or without insurance and offer insurance and financial options to make your care affordable. Please let us know how we can help. 

Dental Insurance

We accept most dental insurance plans including indemnity insurance and PPO plans. Please call us to find out if we are a participating provider on your insurance plan. 

Whatever type of insurance you have, we will work with you to obtain maximum allowable coverage for your treatment. As with any insurance, your coverage will only pay for a portion of your dental care. You will be asked to cover your estimated portion of costs at the time each service is delivered. 

Most cosmetic procedures and whitening are not covered by insurance.

Dental Payment Plans

If you need financial help to complete your treatment plan, please let us know. We may be able to offer you an extended payment plan or we can help you apply for financial assistance or Alphaeon Credit, offered by Comenity Capital Bank, all you need to do is pre-qualify to find out if you are likely to be approved and for how much with no impact to your credit score. These finance options can be used for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.
